“As everyone knows, buying a new home is stressful, even when
everything goes the way you expect it. Since we were in essence
down-sizing our home from a two-story to a ranch, we liked the
idea of having the kitchen and the living/family room all in one
room. What we didn’t know was that the builder used different size
cabinets, depending upon whether you bought a ranch versus a
two-story. My husband knew how upset and disappointed I was
after seeing the installation of the builder’s upgraded kitchen
cabinets which we had selected. He went online to find
distributors of our brand of cabinets who were in the Dahlonega

next day to explain our dilemma.
I greatly appreciated your responsiveness and flexibility to meet
with me on my schedule. You listened to my ideas which included
adding cabinets and expanding the island. You immediately
recognized that the kitchen was a focal point of the room and
presented some cabinet design alternatives for the new area
while still keeping the same brand. You took it in stride when I
called two days later to say that I changed my mind and had
decided to rip out the existing top 30” cabinets and replace them
with 36” cabinets. Rather than simply quote the price of replacing
the existing cabinets, you asked to meet with me again so that we
could look over other possible cabinet design alternatives.
Even after the contract was signed, you continued to live up to my
expectations, even exceeding them. It was especially difficult since
none of the work could be done until after we had moved in. What
started out as a simple cabinet addition and island expansion,
ended up as a kitchen remodel. Working around all my boxes and
furniture, you were able to complete the work on time and under
budget all with a great sense of humor, professionalism and
minimum disruption. Your creative design took my simple idea
and converted it into the beautiful focal point it was meant to be. I
can’t thank you enough for taking my kitchen nightmare and
